Please reach out to your local service provider (local vending operator), who maintains and manages your market location. Typically, you should find your local service providers contact information on or near the kiosk. If you do not see it, we recommend you follow up with HR or the department at your facility who oversees your market.
I forgot my username and password for my Market Card account. What can I do?
Head over to dedicated account portal: Mykioskcard.com. Once there, you'll be able to reset your password by selecting "Forgot Password".
Your username is the email used to sign up for the account.
How do I add money to my Avanti Market Card account?
You can reload or recharge your Market Card via kiosk direct using cash to load funds or credit or debit card. You may also log in to www.mykioskcard.com and use your credit or debit card to load funds.
In addition, you may use your Avanti Markets mobile app to perform the reload.
